U&Me Associate Coach™ Program

Being a U&Me Stakeholder and Mastering Coaching

The U&Me Associate Coach™ program is an intense development and training program, designed by U&Me Transformative Communication PTY.Ltd, for the distinguished individuals who are committed to fulfilling U&Me’s vision as future associates and partners in the U&Me Enterprise.

The U&Me Associate Coach™ program consists of three parts:

✔  The first part, the U&Me Business Coach course, develops the coaching and mentoring skills critical to becoming an effective team leader and a vision-fulfilling team manager.
✔  The second part, the U&Me Designated / Level 1 Coach program, focuses on mastering coaching and mentoring skills and professionally providing effective coaching to U&Me clients – the type of coaching and mentoring that enables our clients to create and complete promises, fulfill unreachable dreams, and even materialize miracle-like results.
✔  The third part, the U&Me Professional / Level 2 Coach program, is an intense, top-level development and training program offered to those participants interested in becoming internationally recognised associate and eventually professional coaches, accredited by the International Coach Federation as ICF ACC and ICF PCC, respectively.

Graduates of the first part may choose to continue and expand their commitment in the U&Me enterprise as regional program managers, global program supervisors and eventually as U&Me leadership executives.
Graduates of the first and second parts of the U&Me Associate Coach™ program are trained, prepared and qualified as U&Me Designated (level 1) coaches.

Graduates of all three parts can become designated U&Me Professional (level 2) coaches and take up a position as a senior member of the U&Me Leadership division coaching team.

U&Me Associate Coach™ Program

Program Purpose and Scope

The participants in the U&Me Associate Coach™ development and training program will be offered two contracts with U&Me enterprise:

✔  A U&Me Marketeer contract, which will affiliate them to a U&Me Regional Hub which will grant them a “finder’s fee” bonus for every product/service purchased by the clients they introduce to U&Me (each client being “ear-marked” to them via the hub CRM).
✔  A U&Me Leadership contract with the U&Me Leadership division will compensate them for each coaching session they provide to U&Me clients depending on their coaching level.

U&Me will offer enhanced seminars / webinars and courses, where the designated coach-in- training can register his/her clients; these clients will receive twice as many 1-on-1 coaching sessions at no extra cost to be personally provided by the designated coach-in-training (while being mentored and supervised by a U&Me professional mentor and program leader).

This is a typical U&Me Win-Win-Win business opportunity, where all parties involved receive more than they would expect:
✔  The seminar participants receive more coaching than regular participants.
✔  Coaches are given opportunities to complete their graduation requirements through live coaching sessions while earning back their investment in the coaching program as they are financially compensated for each live coaching session; and
✔  U&Me is providing enhanced services to its clients while maintaining highest standards of development and training quality.

U&Me Coaching and Mentoring Methodology

U&Me core distinctions include “mastering listening” as one of three pillars that generate results (the others are “acting from a future fulfilled” and “living authentically and exercising integrity”).

Building on that foundation, U&Me defines exercising coaching as:

“generating pristine, active listening expressed in questions, which leads to
unbridled actions and unprecedented, miracle-like results”.

A U&Me coach, when providing coaching at any level, in any position and in any situation, is not a professional advisor, a business expert or a personal trainer.

U&Me coaches, when providing coaching are deliverers of unbridled results.
They are leading their teams and managing its teamwork by being masters in listening and by practicing coaching as leadership and management tools. In other words, A U&Me business coach is “the lantern that illuminates the path the team is committed to walk”.

U&Me associate coaches, when coaching U&Me clients, do not say, tell or point to the absolute truth; they do not coach, or lead, from what is right or wrong, what is true or false.

A U&Me associate coach listens to facts; to what is, the way it is; and to what is not, the way it is not…

A U&Me associate coach provides coaching to U&Me clients by listening for workability; to what does work, when something is working, and to what does not work, when something is not working.

A U&Me associate coach offers access to a different, maybe new, paradigm in listening – the kind of listening that opens up and gives way to the type of leadership, management and teamwork that realises promises, fulfills dreams and even generates miracle-like results; powerfully, effectively, with freedom and ease.

This program provides the participants with the knowledge, tools and skills to identify the limitations that internal “but…” conversations impose on fulfilling dream and materialize miracle- like results.

It develops the participants’ skills and trains them in providing coaching effectively and powerfully, in delivering mentoring and being free and at ease to master exercising leadership and managing teamwork in fulfilling the team vision and the promised futures.

Based on the unique listening concept at the core of U&Me methodology and technology, U&Me coaches are trained to be great coaches and masters of creating pristine listening.

They create the active listening that generates the You and Me multi-level partnership:

 Evolvia’s Mastering Coaching, Advanced Development and Training Week
(U&Me.610).
One (1) week, 8 days of personal/team experience, at a resort in Southern France, total 30 ICF ACSTH academic hours.

■ Chateau Garreau, Cote de Bordeaux, is the magical place where we deepen and embody the core competences of being a professional coach and exercising coaching. The main model we work from is called Possibility Dimension/Scarcity Dimension. As this is the advanced training, we use even more creative tools in an empowering environment.
■ We train in two different, amazingly effective transformational group processes, the Group Coaching and the Bohm Dialogue. These “one to many” coaching techniques give access to working with groups, and it is the next level for an effective business and professional coach.
■  We also expand our ability to create pristine / active listening beyond our listening to others;

We develop our skills in creating effective, free, and powerful listening from others to us, and from others to others within our space – the kind of pristine/active listening that creates the space for magic-like results to materialize.

■ We, as professional coaches, are our own tool. In addition to expanding our ability to provide effective listening and coaching we sharpen and polish ourselves. ■ A 7 parts live conversation on the source and the sourcing of being a coach and delivering effective coaching with an ICF certified coach.

Five (5) x 3-hour seminar sessions, total 15 ICF ACSTH academic hours:
■  A 5 parts development and training seminar with demo examples of coaching etiquette, focusing on hands-on practice with real-life coaching incidents.

Four (4) seminar sessions, 3 hrs/session, total 12 academic hours:

Program Prerequisites, Qualification Criteria and Tuition

❖  Prerequisites to participation in the U&Me Associate Coach™ 2020-21 Program

■ Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as a coach and exercising coaching functions in a leadership and / or management position.
■ The application for participating in the U&Me Associate Coach™ program has been approved by the U&Me Leadership Division.

❖  To qualify as a U&Me Business Coach
and as a candidate for U&Me managerial executive positions:
■  Successfully completed the assignments of the first part of the U&Me Associate Coach™ course and participated in the course development and training sessions embedded.
■  Successfully completed 20 monitored 1-on-1 coaching sessions with U&Me clients.

❖  To qualify as a U&Me Designated (U&Me level 1) Coach
and as a candidate for U&Me professional (U&Me level 2) coaching and leadership positions:
■ Successfully completed the two parts of the U&Me Associate Coach™ program (i.e. participation in all program meetings, completion of all program assignments, fulfilled all development and training hands-on requirements, etc. ).
■ Successfully completed 80 monitored 1-on-1 coaching sessions with U&Me clients.

❖  To qualify as a U&Me Professional (U&Me level 2) Coach
and as a candidate for U&Me Master (U&Me level 3) coach and U&Me leadership positions:
■ Successfully completed all three parts of the U&Me Associate Coach™ program requirements and accredited as an International Coach Federation Associated Certified Coach (ICF ACC).
■ Successfully completed 100 monitored 1-on-1 coaching sessions with U&Me clients.
